Viking Hands Methode
The Viking Hands Method
Three levels that build on each other: one path you walk, four pillars we look at, five stages you train in.
Level 1 — The path
01
Understand
A joint-by-joint screening of the whole movement chain. We look for the cause, not the sore spot.
02
Release
Soften tissue, fascia and trigger points — before anything gets built on top.
03
Build
Mobility and stability, in that order, then a daily routine that actually sticks.
Level 2 — The four pillars
Pain rarely has one cause. So we look at four things at once — and weight your plan towards whichever one is being neglected most.
Mindset
What you expect, what you have already tried, how much time you really have.
Nutrition
Whether your tissue is even getting the building blocks to change.
Movement
How often, how one-sided, how many hours seated — the load profile of your day.
Recovery
Sleep, pressure, breaks. Without recovery, more training gives you less.
Level 3 — The five training stages
Strictly ascending. Someone at stage 1 gets no stability work, however athletic they feel. You move up by meeting criteria, not by waiting.

The Viking Hands Method is movement analysis and training. It does not replace a medical diagnosis or medically necessary treatment. Acute or unexplained symptoms should be assessed by a doctor first.
