Terms and conditions

01
Scope and provider
These terms apply to all contracts you conclude via vikinghands.com with HERO DREAMS LLC, 1401 Pennsylvania Ave. STE 105, 19806 Wilmington, Delaware, United States (Delaware registration number 3922666, “we”), and to the use of this site.
Our contact details are in the legal notice. Different terms only apply if we expressly agree to them.
02
How the contract is concluded
Presenting our offers on this site is not yet a binding offer.
You make a binding offer by agreeing to these terms on the order page, clicking “Order with obligation to pay” and completing payment with our payment provider Stripe. Until then you can correct your details or cancel at any time.
The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email, at the latest when the service begins. With the confirmation you receive the essential contract details, these terms and the cancellation policy. Contract languages are German and English.
03
Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in euros. No VAT is shown separately.
Stripe processes payment on our behalf; the payment methods shown during checkout are available. One-off services are due on ordering, subscription fees at the start of each billing period. You receive the invoice by email.
04
What we provide — and what we do not
The Viking Hands Method is movement analysis and training. What an offer includes is set out in its description on this site at the time of your order.
The body screening takes place as a video call; Mirko Naber arranges the appointment with you personally after your order.
Mirko Naber is a trainer, not a therapist. We do not diagnose, do not treat and do not replace a medical examination. No particular result is owed or promised.
If there are warning signs — pain at night, numbness, loss of strength, unintended weight loss, fever, bladder or bowel problems — you will not receive a training plan from us, but a referral to medical assessment.
Video feedback: with “Guided” (two exercise videos per month) and “Inner Circle” (unlimited) you can upload exercise videos in your area while your subscription is active; Mirko Naber writes his feedback to you there. We automatically delete your videos, notes and feedback 90 days after your subscription ends, or earlier if you ask us to. If you want to keep feedback, please save it before then. Details are in the privacy policy.
05
What we need from you
Your answers in the Pain Check and during coaching should be accurate — the evaluation is only as good as what goes into it.
You train on your own responsibility. If you have pre-existing conditions or doubts about your capacity, please have training cleared by a doctor first.
Stop an exercise if it causes pain, and let us know.
06
Subscription, term and cancellation
Coaching is available monthly and yearly. The yearly fee equals ten monthly fees.
A monthly subscription renews for one further month at a time unless cancelled. You can cancel it at any time to the end of the current month.
A yearly subscription initially runs for one year. After that it continues for an indefinite period and can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice; fees already paid for the period after the end of the contract are refunded pro rata.
You can cancel by email to kontakt@vikinghands.com or via “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page. We confirm your cancellation by email without delay. Both parties' right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
07
Crediting the body screening
If you book coaching or a trip within 30 days of the screening appointment, we credit the €249 in full — for coaching as a credit against the first fees.
08
Travel bonus
Every paid month grows a travel bonus. It is a discount entitlement on a later trip — not a credit balance, not a prepayment and not a means of payment.
It is applied when you book a trip, cannot be paid out and cannot be transferred. When coaching ends, the entitlement ends too.
09
Trips
For retreats and intensive weeks we sell the coaching service only. A deposit of 30% is due on booking, the balance 30 days before the start.
We tell you the conditions for cancellation and rebooking before you book; they become part of the contract.
You book accommodation, travel and transfers yourself, directly with the respective provider. We do not broker, receive no commission and form no overall price. No package travel arises.
10
Content
Texts, videos, exercises and plans are for your personal use. Passing them on, publishing them or using them commercially requires our consent.
11
Availability and liability
We aim for continuous operation but do not owe it without interruption; maintenance and outages are possible.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
12
Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If there is a problem, write to us directly — we would rather find a solution ourselves.
13
Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state remain unaffected; the choice of law cannot deprive you of that protection (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation).
No place of jurisdiction is agreed. As a consumer you can sue and be sued where you live.
